Our new build programme is about creating homes that are affordable and easy to live in. We’re designing places that use less energy, cut carbon emissions, and help lower household bills – making sustainable living more accessible for our tenants. At the same time, we’re investing in positive neighbourhood contributions to protect local nature and create more resilient neighbourhoods in a changing climate.

Our approach is science aligned, financially responsible, and transparent ensuring we reduce emissions, maintain affordability, build the skills we need for the future, and tell our sustainability story in a way that connects better with tenants.
