We have maximised £2.4m in the Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund Wave 2 grant and independent financing to install tenant-centric energy efficiency improvements.
Handing over our 450th new home at Drakelow
As part of our last corporate plan, Making What Matters Brilliant, we committed to and successfully delivered 4,000 new affordable homes. In total we delivered 813 new energy efficient affordable homes in 2024-25
Homes for Modern Living pilot
Our ‘modernisation pilot’ saw around 50 homes extensively refurbished, with new kitchens and bathrooms fitted, walls decorated, and triple glazing installed to reduce heat loss and keep energy bills low.
